Andrew is the CEO of St Bartholomew’s House (St Bart’s), one of WA leading providers of support services and strategy to prevent and eliminate homelessness and support those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. St Bart’s is also an important provider of Mental Health, Aged Care, and Affordable Housing and advocacy services. Andrew is also a non executive Director of Alzheimer’s Australia, in support of people with dementia and their families and a non executive director of the Lions International Save Sight Foundation and the Lions Eye Institute (Nedlands).

He has 15 years of senior management experience in the Human and Community Services sectors

Mr Sonny Tan

Parent Board Member

An Accountant who is currently retired. Sonny has been a Board Member of SMP since the company's inception in 1995.  Sonny has a daughter, Samantha, who lives with a disability and is a client of SMP.  As a parent and a Board Member, Sonny has seen SMP develop from a small organisation to what it is today.  He looks forward to being an advocate for many years to come.

Mr Fitz Cass

General Board Member

Fitz has a business in Canning Vale. He has worked in the Community Services sector with people facing disadvantages, both in frontline and senior management roles across two countries; South Africa and Australia for over twenty years. Fitz is active in the community and has a passion for seeing People who have a disability access full and meaningful lives.

Ms Lynn Brown

Lynn has had over 30 years experience with the disability sector as a carer and advocate.
