At SMP we work with employers to find the right person for the right job by ensuring that the skills and abilities of job seekers meet your employment needs. We can provide you with job seekers who have displayed a strong work ethic and are interested and motivated to gain either casual, part-time or full-time employment. These job seekers will be fully supported by a SMP Field Coordinator who will be responsible for any training or support that is required.
Our commitment to finding the right person for the job has enabled us to build strong partnerships with organisations that have become major employers, including the University of Western Australia and the City of Cockburn. Between these two employers we have placed over 40 job seekers. Currently we have placements throughout the metro area and over 200 participants in the DES program.
